In our main Jakobshorn restaurant, you can enjoy a substantial breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., ensuring you are full of energy to start your busy day. Find it hard to get up on a Sunday? No problem, because then the buffet stays open until 11 a.m.
The buffet offers a selection of breads, different kinds of muesli, delicious egg dishes, fresh fruit, a wide and varied range of Swiss and local speciality meats and cheeses, and a fine choice of teas. Create your own freeshly squeezed orange juice or vegetable smoothie with our power juicer. We're confident the buffet will leave nothing to be desired!
The tables are laid with crisp white cloths, the napkins are beautifully folded, the wine glasses are ready for filling with fine wine and the candles are lit. In our half-board Jakobshorn restaurant, it's time for the evening meal, consisting of seasonal, fresh and local produce.
Take one sophisticated starter, perhaps a salad from the buffet or one of a number of soups and smoothies, then follow it with your choice of three main courses (fish, meat, vegetarian), and round it all off with a delicious dessert, fruit or cheese.
IMPORTANT: We recommend that you book half-board in advance, as that is the only way we can guarantee a table in the restaurant for you.

There's the Swiss evening with typical Swiss dishes from the buffet or the "Viva Italia" evening where we celebrate Italian food with a varied pasta buffet. The food is always accompanied by typical wines from the country in question.
In the elegant atmosphere of the Gala evening, you enjoy a superb buffet of starters and fish dishes, followed by a delicious fillet of beef, entrecote or tender saddle of veal, served at your table.
The dessert and ice cream buffet evening is a wonderful, heavenly occasion, famous far beyond Davos and a real treat for everyone with a sweet tooth!
